Russell Versaggi
Russell has been active in real estate investment, mortgage banking and land development in Florida for the last 20 years. A South Tampa native, Russell graduated from Stetson University with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. Russell also actively manages the Versaggi Properties, which has purchased and renovated over 300 vintage 1920’s apartment units throughout Tampa Bay. As a licensed realtor and mortgage broker, Russell has extensive experience in financial analysis and a commanding knowledge of the Tampa Bay real estate market. > Email Russell
Myron C. Prevatt III
Myron has managed a wide variety of business operations and real estate projects over the last 15 years. Myron was born and raised in North Florida, and graduated from Florida State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Information Management. Myron formerly owned a technology consulting company, and has held management positions in several Florida-based companies, which has gained him extensive operational and project management experience. > Email Myron
Stephen J. Racine - Senior Associate
Stephen is a long time Tampa resident and graduated from the University of Tampa with a Bachelors degree in Marketing. Stephen has experience in many facets of land development and rezoning as well as general experience in real estate problem solving. Stephen is also responsible for the acquisition and disposition of real estate for Urban Edge Development Group, Inc. Steve's primary role on the development side is land acquisition for commercial and residential development while also assisting with project development.
