Urban Edge welcomes qualified investors
Urban Edge welcomes qualified investors to partner with them in future development projects.   We expect to provide an Internal Rate of Return (IRR) to equity investors that should fall in the mid to high 20% range. The typical deal will pay a 12% preferred return to the equity investors, plus a 50% to 60% profit share after all construction costs, preferred returns, and developer fees are paid.   The preferred return and profit share will typically generate the IRR mentioned previously, or higher.
