Avondale consists of 19 three story town homes. There will be a total of 5 buildings included in the project. There are three different floor plans each floor plan averaging around 1400 sq. feet. There will be three different selection palettes available to choose from. Each palette will include the kitchen and bath cabinets, counter tops, flooring, carpet, etc. We will also have upgrades available for each area of the palette.

Priority Reservations
When you enter into a Priority Agreement for an Avondale Town Home you will gain a position on our Priority List. You will receive a priority number upon our receipt of your signed Priority Agreement and a $1,000 fully refundable deposit, which will allow you to choose your preferred unit at a later date. Members of our Priority List have the first opportunity to purchase an Avondale town home at pre-construction prices. We are in the process of finalizing pricing, but preliminary estimates indicate the Avondale Town Homes will start in high $200's.
